  9. Mashed Potatoes With Garlic and Cheese

  11. Mashed Potatoes (enough to fill small casserole)
  12. 3 Tbsp.    Butter
  13. 2 cloves,  Garlic, minced or pressed
  14. 3 Tbsp.    Parmesan or Romano Cheese, grated
  15.  
  16. Saute garlic in the butter for 2 or 3 minutes; add to warm mashed potatoes 
  17. with the cheese and mix. Warm potatoes further in oven or microwave and 
  18. serve.
